Terms and Conditions of Hire
All rates are on a per Day basis.
- Upon confirmation of the hire, a 20% deposit is required or $250.00 (whichever the greater
amount) The deposit is an additional fee to the price quoted
- Full payment for hiring is required 1 week prior to the hiring date.
- Cancellations are to be not less than 21 days prior to the hiring date.
- Cancellations within 21 days prior to the hire date, the deposit is non-refundable but may
be transferred to cover another date within 6 months.
- Upon accepting the terms and conditions sprecified within this quotation, full
responsibility is accepted by you, "the hirer".
- All items must be delivered at a specified time agreed by both parties.
- All items will be picked up at a specified time agreed by both parties.
- The deposit will be refunded after all items have been returned and checked.
- All breakages and damages are to be paid for by "the hirer " out of the deposit.
Should the replacement value exceed the deposit "the hirer" is responsible for the
excess costs.
- Any items missing upon return, will be replaced at full cost by "the hirer".
- Any items which are required to be pre-purchased or pre-ordered by Elegant Hire prior to
the event will incurr an additional confirmation deposit.
Delivery Charges
Deliveries under $500.00 will cost $50.00 within 25km of Mudgee, outer areas will
require a quote, Free delivery for orders over $500.00 within 25km of Mudgee.
